This information allows Aspire Homeworks to book your appointment, to contact you in the event of any problems with your request and to also confirm your appointment. This information is not shared with any entity outside of Aspire Homeworks.
We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties. If paying a deposit, survey fee or final balance and wanting to use card, you will be asked to enter your card payment type, card number, expiry date and CVV number. Sensitive credit card information will never be stored after authorisation.

We use reasonable measures to safeguard your personal data from theft, unauthorised use, disclosure or modification. We aim to maintain appropriate physical, procedural and electronic safeguards to protect your data. Aspire Homeworks do not request, require or process any information obtained via information systems. Aspirehomeworks.co.uk may contain links to third party websites. We do not monitor or control information when you choose to click to these websites via a link access.

You have the right to access, review or update your personal information with us. In certain circumstances you can request rectification or erasure of your personal data.

How We Use Your Information
Your information will only be used for the specific purpose it was collected for and will only be kept for a period that is required. Once this period has elapsed your data will be securely deleted and disposed of. Aspire Homeworks use the information collected for the following, but not limited to: • booking an appointment • to confirm and verify your identity for fraud prevention • to invoice and collect any monies owed in connection with your order • if opted in, to provide you with marketing offers from Aspire Homeworks • to protect the rights and property of Aspire Homeworks.

Complaints Procedure
Our commitment to you at Aspire Homeworks is that every customer is important to us, and we believe you have the right to a fair, swift and courteous service at all times.
Our promise to you:
1) We will acknowledge your complaint promptly within 5 working days of receipt.
2) We will investigate your complaint and endeavour to send a final response to you within 4 weeks of receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this time we will send you an update.
3) We will endeavour to send a final response to you within 8 weeks of receipt of your complaint. If we are unable to provide you with a final response within this time frame, we will write to you explaining why and advise you when you can expect a final response.
4) If more than 8 weeks from the date of your complaint has past and you haven’t received a final response, or you are dissatisfied with the final response you have received (at any stage of the process) you can write to: Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) Exchange Tower London E14 9SR. You must refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman within 6 months of the date on the final response.
